Wow its been a very  very longtime since I post anything  in this blog. It is second day of Aidil Adha today 23 August 2018. And I just notice that my photography fee has not changed much since I first post it here. But many other things has changed. Malaysia has a new government now. I have been shooting a lot of things more than just weddings. I can say that I am somewhat a full fledge photographer nowadays. Eventhough I don't posts my works online but people stil can see some of them in my Instagram (mofasapictures) and facebook (mofasa pictures). Its still not my latest works because I mostly post my own pictures rather than the pictures that I shoot  hahaha. This is just a test post and I dont expect anyone to read this but yeah I am still a shooter.

Friday 14 February 2020. Yeah it is the year 2020 now still no flying cars around and I am still honoured to be a full time freelance photographer. My writing skills must be kind of rusty nowadays. Yeah it has been quite a challenging journey for me but I still managed to survive, still kicking. Just got my Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Malaysia Skills Certification) Offer Letter yesterday under FINAS in Photography. They organised a ceremony yesterday just to hand over the Offer Letter. The Director of FINAS Ahmad Idham said in 5 years time all creative industry players in Malaysia will need to have some sorts of certification to verify their creative skills. Enough about SKM. I have been shooting a lot of real estate shoots for the past one year or so. I really like it except for some minor hiccups with one client. I just feel that Real Estate Photography could be my cup of tea. I could specialise in this genre. But does not mean I will stop shooting other genre of photography. We photographers need to keep being dynamic and also to future proof my profession. We cannot be too choosey. Ability to adapt to current situation is vital for a full time freelance photographer in this era.
Back to Real Estate Photography. I think I shoot more than 50 real estate listing within a year or so. That is quite a lot compare to other genre of photography that I shoot. It makes me more of a Real Estate Photographer than wedding or event photographer. And I like it. I really hope I can get more Real Estate assignements especially from French Agency that I am currently engaged. And maybe I can get new real estate photography clients for this year 2020.
